1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Photo Recovery app, these terms automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our application.
2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The app offers a free version supported by advertisements via Google AdMob. We also offer premium features through In-App Purchases and Subscriptions. All payments and subscriptions are handled securely by Google Play Billing. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions directly from your Google Play Store account settings.
3. Disclaimer of Recovery Success
The Photo Recovery app uses advanced deep-scanning algorithms (requiring 'All Files Access') to locate deleted media and contacts. However, we cannot guarantee a 100% recovery rate. If a file has been permanently overwritten by the Android system or other data, it may be impossible to restore. The app is provided on an "AS IS" basis.
4. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to the permanent loss of data, photos, or contacts.
